Cathodic protection systems protects a wide range of metallic structures in various environments. Some of the common applications are steel water or fuel pipelines storage tanks such as home water heaters; steel pier piles; ship and boat hulls; offshore and onshore platforms.

MMO coated tubular string anode are used to protect the pipe lines which is installed horizontal bed as well as vertical deep. Cathodic protection is a method used to reduce corrosion which results in underground pipelines, ships, storage tanks and underground tanks.

To protect the pipelines and ships a DC current is passed over anode and cathode through a cable from one end to another. The products shown below is made using titanium and MS as raw material and coated with mixed metal oxide (MMO).
